Style App is currently unavailable on the Google Play Store. If you use an Android or live outside of Canada, please complete our Styling Request Form or email us, and we will gladly make the arrangements to fulfill your styling needs.

To get started, download our app to explore the roster of stylists and their respective locations. Please note that not all personal stylists are available at every styling location. 

Once you've done that, you can choose between an Expert Stylist and a Red Carpet Stylist. All the stylists featured on our platform have been meticulously selected and are experienced and qualified professionals. The distinction between these two tiers lies in their years of experience. 

Once you've determined which tier suits you best, take a look at their profiles and images to identify who you'd like to work with. If you're uncertain, we can pair you with a stylist. We also offer complimentary style consultations to assist in selecting the perfect stylist and service for you.

When utilizing our styling service, you can easily communicate with your personal stylist through our in-app chat feature. This streamlined communication channel allows you to directly connect with your stylist, discuss your styling preferences, ask questions, and provide any necessary information. 

You can make your payment effortlessly via our app using our designated payment provider before your scheduled styling session. Payment is due 24 hours prior to your styling experience. To secure your appointment, we kindly request that you finalize your payment once your stylist confirms their availability. 

We want to emphasize that there is no obligation to purchase during or after your styling session. We have no affiliations with any stores or brands, which means our recommendations are solely based on your best interests and style preferences. You have complete freedom to decide what to purchase, and there is no pressure to buy anything. 

When you engage our online styling service, you have the convenience of shopping with your personal stylist through screen sharing. This allows you to virtually explore various online stores and browse through different clothing options together. Your stylist will provide valuable recommendations, offer styling advice, and assist you in finding the perfect items that align with your preferences and needs. Through this collaborative process, you can enjoy a tailored and personalized styling & shopping, all from the comfort of your own home.

Absolutely! When you utilize our styling service, you have the opportunity to shop alongside your stylist. This means you'll receive exceptional, personalized assistance from an expert stylist, whether you choose to meet them in-person or work with them online. We will guide you through the shopping process, helping you find the perfect items that suit your unique style and preferences.  

Yes! Our personal stylists also offer personal shopping services. Not only can we shop with you, but we can also shop for you. Simply use our in-app chat to discuss your specific needs and desires with your stylists to find the best experience for you. 

Our in-app chat serves as a convenient and efficient tool for communicating your preferences, discussing specific items or brands, and coordinating the personal shopping experience to ensure a seamless and satisfying outcome.

For in-person styling, the minimum booking duration is 2 hours. For online styling, there is a minimum booking duration of 1 hour. 

If you require additional time, you can discuss it with your stylist during the session, and if they are available, you can add extra time to your session.

We highly encourage you to provide feedback and rate your stylist after your styling session. Your valuable input helps us maintain the highest standards of service and ensures that we continue to deliver the best possible experience to our clients. During the online or in-home Closet Edit session, our stylists will work with you to review your clothing, shoes, and accessories, offering guidance on what to keep, what to donate, and what to repurpose.

Easily purchase gift cards of any denomination through our website, which can be redeemed on the Style App. Simply visit our website and navigate to the designated gift card section to make your purchase.

When using the gift card for a purchase on the Style App, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the card balance. Any remaining funds on the gift card will be retained and can be used for future purchases. This ensures that you can continue to enjoy the convenience and benefits of the Style App while utilizing the remaining value on your gift card.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session start time, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, you will receive a 50% refund. If the stylist cancels, you will always receive a 100% refund.
