Book a time that works for you and answer a few quick styling questions. Once you're connected, chat with your stylist through the app. Get ready for a personalized and game-changing style experience. Your dream look is just a tap away!

Style App is coming soon to the Google Play Store! If you use an Android or live outside of Canada, please complete our Stylist Request Form or email us, and we will gladly make the arrangements to fulfill your styling needs. 

To get started, download our app to explore the roster of stylists and their respective locations. Our stylists are based out of certain cities for in-person services, but all our stylists are available for online services to anyone, anywhere.   

Once you've done that, you can choose between an "Expert" level stylist and a "Red Carpet" level stylist. All the stylists featured on our platform have been meticulously selected and are experienced and qualified professionals. The distinction between these two tiers lies in their years of experience. 

Once you've determined which tier suits you best, take a look at their profiles and images to identify who you'd like to work with. If you're uncertain, we can pair you with a stylist on our app. We also offer complimentary style consultations to assist in selecting the perfect stylist and service for you. 

We encourage you to upload a photo to your Style App profile. This helps your stylist understand your body shape, proportions, colouring, and personal style so they can prepare and personalize your styling experience in advance.

All of our in-person services have a minimum booking of 2 hours, and all of our online services have a minimum booking of 1 hour. If you need additional time after booking, you can discuss this with your stylist, and extra time may be added if they are available.

Yes! Just use the in-app chat to connect with your stylist and easily add extra time to your session.

Immediately after booking. Our in-app chat opens so you can start discussing your style goals, ask questions, and get personalized guidance right away.

Your stylist will guide you on any specific preparations, but if you’d like a head start, avoid wearing multiple layers since you’ll be trying on clothes, wear comfortable shoes, and supportive undergarments. 

Your stylist will guide you on exactly how to prepare ahead of your session. If you’d like a head start, we recommend having this season’s clothing easily accessible and ready to review. You can also set aside any absolute “no” items you already know you no longer wear or love. 

Yes! After completing a Personal Styling & Shopping session and getting to know you and your style, you can choose to book a Personal Shopping session if you’d like. During this session, your stylist can shop on your behalf, selecting pieces tailored specifically to your style, body, and wardrobe needs.

We encourage you to share your feedback and rate your stylist after your session. You can rate your stylist directly on Style App, and you’re also welcome to leave us a Google review to help others learn about your experience. 

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session start time, you will receive a 100% refund. If the stylist cancels, you will always receive a 100% refund.
